The equations; life balance, inner peace and happiness
Living a balanced life is about living our lives with an inner peace and harmony, something that can also be described as happiness. Focusing on and building our personal life balance will then provide us with the energy we need to be successful.
I´m well aware of the fact that each and every one of us have their own definition of success and that is just fine. For some of us success means money, for others it means independence or continuous development. There is no one right definition for success. However, whatever we make it mean we have a better way of getting there when we are focusing on life balance.
Just as an example. If we would define success as the abundance of money, there is something we should become very aware of. Success without life balance will not make us happy, it will not make us gain inner peace and harmony. Which will then have us live a life of “when I… then I”. When I get a million euros, I will be happy. Which of course is not going to be the case.
Living a balanced life mean we live our lives with inner peace and harmony, something that can also be described as happiness.

Focusing on and building our personal life balance will provide us with the energy we need to be successful. Striving for life balance is an ongoing process. If you stop for a few days, that´s okay. But if you decide you have arrived and don´t need to focus on your life balance anymore, you will fail. Instead, make life balance a routine of yours. Choose it daily and build your habits to support your life balance.
